I'm a seasoned test engineer and was introduced to the early stages of HPVee (the parent of what is now VeePro) back in the early 80's. I have been programming in this platform since then in in Aerospace , commercial Companies (TI, Silicon systems, Primarion, Infineon) and although I'm nearing my retirement, I'm still using this powerful tool in it's latest VeePro9.33 version. I have written programs in this program to automate wafer level probe stations, reliability and radiation in-situ programs and now still use the main test backbone I developed for bench automation back in the day. I just modify the program with the new capabilities and I'm back up and running in a very short time. The ability to create re-usable code and backward compatibility is the strength of this platform over LabView which I have also used. There has been no real blocks to what we can do with VeePro, I hope Agilent continues to support this platform since it has been the frontrunner of all the products that I've worked with all these years. We have re-usable code that even a beginner can understand and get familiar with it in a very short time. I'm a loyal user of VeePro and will continue to do so in the near term.

Vee stands for Visual Engineering Environment, and is a graphical program environment-like Lego Blocks.
It is easy to learn, as you do see what you do program.
Actualversion is V9.2
I do like it, as it makes my develoment faster, and not complicate.
